Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 2212) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 128                                                                                                          
    "An Act establishing August 10 of each year as Alaska Wild
